How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your parcel by using provided tracking number or enter your account to check you order's details.

What payment method do you accept?

Hobo and Sailor accepts only PayPal payment system.  

What is your Currency?

All prices are set in USD.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via Ukrainian Post Service. Rates are determined by weight and destination. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Hobo and Sailor accepts international orders.

Can I return an item?

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send your return request to info@hoboandsailor.com with your order number and the specific items you would like to return. According to our instructions in a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package and send it to us.

Please note that we do not accept returns of products purchased during Black Friday Sale.
